IDSystems named Grand Designs’ Premium Partner

Grand Designs Premium Partner IDSystems has been named as a Premium Partner by Grand Designs magazine, in recognition of product quality, outstanding service and product innovation.

The brand new partner scheme is operated by the editorial and publishing team behind the title and is designed to recognise and highlight to customers those companies within the home improvement sector that meet Grand Designs exacting standards.

“The Grand Designs team identify, assess and select brands suitable for Premium Partner status. This status is awarded to companies who can demonstrate exemplary, customer service, product innovation and sustainable business practice.”

Speaking of the award of Premium Partner status Richard Hunter, IDSystems Managing Director, said “We are proud of this recognition from Grand Designs magazine. The Grand Design brand has been at the forefront of the growth of our industry over the past two decades and the TV programme, magazine and exhibitions have offered inspiration to so many customers dreaming of creating their own self-build home.”

We have seen so many companies come and go over the past 20 years and we understand that for customers being able to know who to trust and who to rely on for the bifold doors and sliding doors on their project is critical. We will never forget that we are being entrusted to work not just on customers’ homes, but also this is the culmination of years of their planning and dreaming. Having the quality of our products and service recognised by a brand as synonyms with our industry as Grand Designs, is hugely important – and credit to every member of our team.

The latest TV series of Grand Designs with Kevin McCloud is currently being shown on Channel 4 and the programme is now in its 22nd year of broadcast. The first series back in 1999 ended, just as plans for the launch of IDSystems were conceived, and the company has gone on to install doors, windows and glass roof systems on numerous TV projects over the years, as well as appearing in the magazine countless occasions.
