Casement windows
Our casement windows can be designed in an almost infinite range and combination of opening configurations, fixed frames and vents. From standard designs to more detailed requirements, every window is custom made to suit your home.
Top hung
Available either as a single, top hung sash within an opening or combined with a fixed frame or dummy sash for larger openings, our top hung windows feature concealed hinges within the side of the frame. When the window is opened, the top of the sash is pulled downwards away from the frame and the base of the sash pushes outwards.
Side hung
Designed with concealed hinges in the top and bottom of the frame, our side hung windows are a classic design and one of our most popular window styles.
The window pivots outwards from the side when opened and can be utilised as a single opening window or as part of a larger configuration.
Tilt and turn
A contemporary addition to our window range, inward opening tilt and turn windows offer the flexibility of being able to tilt the window open for part ventilation or completely open the window up to make the most of nice weather or to clean – making them perfect for non-ground floor use and locations with difficult access.
Fixed frames
Whether you are creating a single fixed frame as a picture window or incorporating a fixed frame within a casement window alongside top-hung, side-hung or tilt & turn sashes, they provide complete flexibility and are ideal for filling rooms full of light. Depending on the configuration you can even opt for dummy sashes to match openings.
Colour your life
Our aluminium windows are available as standard in a choice of three polyester powder-coated finishes – Gun Metal Grey (DB 703) textured, Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) matt or Jet Black (RAL 9005) matt.
Alternatively the windows can be polyester powder coated to any stocked RAL colour (over 200 RAL colours) and even dual colour or textured finish. In addition, you can specify whether a matt, semi-gloss or full-gloss level of paint finish is required.

What is a casement window?
A casement window is attached to its frame by one or more hinges at the side. They are the most common style of window in the UK and open outward like a door, allowing for maximum ventilation and easy operation.

How secure are flush casement windows?
Security is a core feature of our casement windows. theVISION windows are independently tested to PAS 24:2022 standards and hold the BSI Kitemark. They feature multi-point locking mechanisms, internal glazing beads (preventing glass removal from the outside), and high-quality stainless steel friction stays.
Are aluminium casement windows more expensive than uPVC?
Yes, the initial investment for aluminium windows is higher than uPVC. This is due to the cost of the raw material and the precision engineering required in the design and manufacture of high-performance products. However, aluminium can be described as a "lifetime" material and offers both high-performance and stunning aesthetics. It won't warp, yellow, or become brittle over time. Its strength also allows for much slimmer frames and larger glass areas.
Can casement windows be triple glazed?
Absolutely. Our aluminium frames are engineered to support the extra weight of triple glazing.
Are aluminium casement windows energy efficient?
Modern aluminium windows are exceptionally efficient. Our systems use polyamide thermal breaks, a specialized barrier between the inner and outer frame that stops heat transfer. When paired with triple glazing, theVISION can achieve U-values from 1.0 W/m²K.

Thermal performance
Thermal performance of the doors is measured as a U-value. When comparing products it is crucial to compare the overall U-value of the system and not just the U-value of the sealed glass unit.
Double glazed: from 1.4 W/m²K / Triple glazed: from 1.0 W/m²K.

The profile of our windows gives each type a unique look and feel. The square edged profile provides a stylish, contemporary appearance.

Window energy rating
Window energy ratings (WER) provide an indication of the efficiency of a window and are calculated on factors including the system's overall thermal efficiency, air leakage and solar gain. The WER for a window is dependent on the configuration, number of openings and the glass specification and as such is unique to each individual window.

Every set of doors and windows undergoes independent physical testing to assess the ability of the systems to withstand air and water. Water tightness is tested against BS EN 12208 standard, air permeability tested against BS EN 12207 standard and wind load tested to BS EN 12210.
Water tightness: 1200Pa (Class E). Air permeability: 600Pa (Class 4). Wind Load: 2400Pa (Class AE)
