Positions: Installers and Installers’ Assistants
Salary: £30-40k, dependent on experience
Status: Permanent – Full Time
Location: Based in Norwich, covering the UK

As a result of unprecedented demand we are currently seeking experienced fitters and fitters’ mates to strengthen our installation department which provides a national installation service for our award-winning products.

Experienced Installers
We have opportunities for experienced installers who have been working in the aluminium window and/or door industry for a number of years. With complete control over the entire sales, fabrication and installation process for jobs this is a unique opportunity for fitters seeking a new challenge.

Fitters’ Mates
We also have opportunities for Fitters’ Mates who can demonstrate a background and aptitude for the key skills required. Given the highly engineered nature of our products we have employed people in this role in the past who have retrained from a range of backgrounds as diverse as automotive mechanics, engineering, armed forces and service industries.

The roles

• Installation of bi-fold doors, sliding doors, aluminium roofs, aluminium windows, glass balustrades, structural glazing, curtain wall glazing and aluminium fascias
• Working away from home on installations across the country
• Liaising on site with builders, homeowners and/or project managers
• The successful applicants must have good communication skills and an outstanding attention to detail

The candidate

• Capable of working from CAD drawings
• Ability to work under pressure while retaining a sense of humour
• Be able to work in a methodical and organised manner and demonstrate pride in your work
• Must have full driving license
• Extremely organised and be able to work independently
• CSCS accreditation preferable
