Once your installation is complete there are a few things we need to tell you about:
Extended warranty form
Within the pack of documents our fitting team will leave behind once the installation is completed is a number of documents including care and maintenance instructions, operating instructions and an extended warranty form. As standard our doors come with a statutory one year warranty, however by completing the extended warranty form and returning it to us we will increase this period up to 10 years*.
We understand that filling out paperwork in the middle of your project when you have lots of other things to think about is probably the last thing on your mind, so if you did not receive the pack of documents from your builder or you have misplaced them please email us to aftersales@idsystems.co.uk and we will email across a replacement.

Viewable locations scheme
Our viewable locations scheme has proven hugely popular over the years, allowing potential customers to view completed installations of the doors that they are interested in within the homes of our previous customers. If you were to join the scheme we would contact you if we have a potential customer in your area who wishes to view doors similar to your own, and if you are happy we will pass on their contact information so that you can make arrangements for a visit at a mutually beneficial time and date.
If the visit goes ahead we will send you a small gift as a token of our appreciation and should that potential customer turn into an order we will make contact with you so that you can select from an additional range of gifts or monetary alternative as a mark of our gratitude.

Professional photography of your finished build
Capturing the end results of months (and often years) of hard-work in pictures is a brilliant moment and it is also hugely rewarding for us to see the completed build. If you wish to send pictures of your finished project you can do so by emailing them to marketing@idsystems.co.uk.
Every year we select a small number of completed projects for professional photography and videography with the images and footage we take being used for marketing purposes. If you are interested in having your home captured by a professional architectural photographer please let us know and we will be in touch to make the necessary arrangements at a time that is convenient for you.
Magazine case study opportunities
Our completed projects have appeared on TV and in magazines such as Homebuilding & Renovating and Build It regularly, providing inspiration and ideas for those starting their own self-build journey. If you are interested in putting forward your home as a case study please let us know by emailing marketing@idsystems.co.uk. The ultimate decision about which projects get published is in the hands of the magazine editors, but we have had numerous successes in getting jobs that we have worked on published.
