SUNFLEX

SF22 internal heritage sliding doors

The single glazed SF22 heritage sliding doors are a stylish option for dividing open plan living spaces. With 30mm horizontal bars across the glass, the system takes inspiration from the steel doors of the Art Deco era.

Divide open plan spaces

The flush track of the SF22 makes it a perfect option for dividing up open plan spaces in your home - whether that be separating a kitchen from living/dining room, dividing a bedroom from a walk-in wardrobe, dressing room or en-suite or acting as a partition between home and gym or swimming pool.

Flexibility in design

The SF22 heritage doors can be designed with panels that open from the centre or from one (or both) ends, they can even be designed to open up a 90-degree corner if required. The system can be designed to accommodate a single panel all the way up to a 12-panel system and with panels from 300mm to 1600mm wide and from 500mm to 2600mm high.

Pocket sliding doors

To enable a completely seamless appearance when opened, the doors can be designed on an extended track to slide into a pocket inside the wall - completely hiding them away from sight.

A wide range of uses

Whilst the single glazed SF20 heritage doors are predominantly used as internal room divider, the versatility of design enables them to also be used as a glazed balcony surround or to enclose a patio or outdoor kitchen to protect from wind and rain.

Effortless operation

The bottom-running design of the SF22 system ensures effortless movement of the sliding panels. The ball bearing-running mechanism is concealed within the bottom frame of the panel, limiting exposure to dirt and debris and providing quiet operation.

Handle and track design

The SF22 heritage doors are available with a stainless steel recessed handle that sits almost flush to the glass whilst the track (which is just 11mm deep) can be recessed into the floor to create a completely level finish. Where the track cannot be recessed an add-on can be attached to create a step-free finish.

Glazing options

Depending on your specification of 8mm or 10mm, toughened safety glass manufactured to BS EN 12600 standard can be used. This can be low iron, tinted, patterned or even obscured if required.
