Inset glass roof flooding a modern living space with natural light, featuring slim-profile aluminium frames and expansive garden views.

Inset glass roofs

Designed to sit into the roof between the tiles on pitched roofs, these inset glass roofs create larger glazed openings, bring in more natural light and deliver a cleaner architectural finish than Velux-style roof windows.

Larger openings, more light and better aesthetics

Inset aluminium framed glass roofs sit between the roof tiles to create a much larger glazed area than individual Velux-style roof windows or rooflights, filling the rooms below full of natural light all year around. The sleek set-in look that feels purpose-designed, adding natural light without the interrupted appearance of multiple, separate roof windows.

Solar control glass as standard

As standard we fit all of our roofs with a solar control glass that incorporates a self-cleaning coating that helps to keep itself clean of dirt and water-marks. By fitting double glazed, solar-control glass it is possible to reduce the amount of heat transmittance through the glass (solar gain) preventing the rooms below from becoming too hot in summer and too cold in winter.

Self-cleaning glass coatings

Self-cleaning coatings keep glass roofs clear by repelling water and breaking down dirt, reducing maintenance, improving light transmission, enhancing appearance, and ensuring long-lasting performance with minimal cleaning effort in all weather conditions

Thermally broken, energy efficient

The aluminium profile of our glass roofs is thermally broken, preventing cold-bridging and therefore providing superior thermal performance - helping to make the space below the roof usable all year around.

Flexible design and full integration options

Each roof can be installed on its own or designed as part of a larger glazed elevation with windows, sliding doors or bifold doors below, with optional downlighter spotlights integrated into the rafters.
