Combining products offers unique design solutions

When it comes to designing glazing systems for projects it is often more than just a straightforward set of doors and windows. With the widest range of products on the markets we are experts at creating custom made solutions for even the most complex requirements.

Glass roofs integrated with doors below

One of our most frequent custom designs is a glass roof integrated with doors underneath. By designing the system as a complete solution and combining the ring-beam to support the roof with the track for the bifold door or sliding door system we are able to match the frames of the roof to the sightlines of the doors to create a seamless design that looks good and functions perfectly.

As a lean-to roof this style is a stunning alternative to a dated uPVC conservatory – creating a bright and contemporary living space that is usable all year round.

Curtain walling with integrated doors

Glass curtain walling for residential projects has become one of the fastest growing trends in home design. Where it was once the preserve of commercial buildings, nowadays curtain walling is often used for entrance halls and rear elevations with double height ceilings to draw light into the home.

Every curtain walling design is bespoke, created in-house by our expert CAD designers to the exact size and specification required. For larger apertures we can integrate opening window sashes or doors within the structure to create a functional design that provides a real connection between inside and out.

Integrated door and window combinations

For larger expanses of glazing, combining doors and windows together to expand across an entire elevation creates flexibility as well as a stunning completed look. Combining ultra-slim sliding doors and picture windows can allow for incredible, uninterrupted views out especially when installed with frameless glass-to-glass corners which allow for panoramic vistas.

With a wide selection of products to choose from and our own manufacturing facility we can create glazed solutions with matching frame sizes and finish intermediate steels with aluminium cladding to match the frames of the doors – ensuring a neat and tidy finished appearance.

Juliet balconies and balustrades

When it comes to installing doors and windows at height, either on a large new-build or a renovation including a loft-conversion, we have a range of Juliet balcony and frameless glass balustrade options that integrate with our doors – allowing you to completely open up the doors and keep you and your family safe.

For narrower openings we can combine French doors with a balustrade that is fixed to the external wall, creating a completely seamless appearance when the doors are open or closed. For wider openings we can integrate the balustrade system alongside the track of bifold or sliding doors to allow for a real connection between inside and out.
