Established in 2013 this innovative architecture and interior design practice led by Andrew Bolton and Karen Chalklin combines more than 17 years of experience in unique design, technology and project management to create high quality, individually tailored homes and commercial properties – all carefully managed from initial concept through to completion.

Hampstead Extension

This terraced house on a quiet residential street on the very edge of Hampstead Heath in London provided the perfect opportunity to turn a small ground floor space into a larger open plan living area.

This contemporary extension features Sunflex SF55 bifold doors that open out on to a small courtyard garden, and perfectly connect the indoor living space with the outdoors.
