Suzanne Brewer Architects

Suzanne Brewer Architects is a London based practice founded in 2007, following RIBA and Grand Designs Awards Success. More recently followed by success in the New London Architecture Awards & RIBA Awards again.

The practice prides itself on its personal service and Suzanne ensures that she personally oversees every project, with assistance. Projects include new build residential, sports clubs, service centres and office refurbishments.

The practice has been featured in various publications including Estates Gazette, RIBA Journal, Architects Journal, Evening Standard, Wallpaper Magazine, Grazia Magazine, Grand Designs Book, Magazine and TV series.

IDSystems projects

Suzanne Brewer Architects have included IDSystems products in a number of projects including the installation of Grand Slider doors within an innovative residential Mews build that was recognised by New London Architecture Awards & RIBA Awards.

Mews House

New build house in Blackheath Conservation Area, London SE10. Two storey glazed pavilion with juliet balconies, external timber venetian blinds and Grand Slider II sliding doors opening to courtyard garden. Green roof, contemporary plank shape brick walling and photovoltaic panels.

The Stonehouse

The Black House

This stylish L-shaped infill house sits on the site of former stables block in heart of Blackheath and is painted to reflect the saddle oil coating of the original structure. The house features Grand Slider II sliding doors that open the living space out into the courtyard garden.

Dulwich Houses

This pair of stylish 4-bedroom new-build homes received planning permission in 2020 and building work on site is now underway. The houses are an infill development on a previously under-utilised peace of land close to the centre of Dulwich.
